List of Documents Required

• Rupees 18900/- by Demand Draft or credit card made to “Australian High Commission – New Delhi”, payable at New Delhi and Rs. 421/- made to “VFS GLOBAL SERVICES“ payable at New DELHI.
• Six - Passport size photographs (on white background and size should be 45 mm x 35 mm).
• Passport. (Clear Photocopies of first, second & last Pages).
• All original certificates 10th onwards till highest qualification.(Translation of certificate in English if in any regional language).
• IELTS Certificate.
• Any other certificate of other award like scholarship, gold medal etc.
• Statement of Purpose (Brief introduction - qualifications work exp. - details about proposed course, what he will learn in this course & university - Is this course has relevance to his previous education/job etc., - Why applicant want to study the course - future plans).
• Letter of Sponsorship on Rupees 20/- stamp paper or more from Parents and Other Sponsor(s) if any - attested by Notary Public.

Some Information Needed From Sponsors

• In case of relative sponsorship proof of relationship should be attached (Relationship proof can be claimed through educational certificates, copy of passport, Driving licence, Land documents, voter I.D Card).
• In case of Family Friend relationship, Family friend should state on affidavit that why they are sponsoring the applicant i.e. they are known to each other from many years, there father are close friend studied together, they earlier belonged from same village etc.
• Declaration Signed by applicant on Rupees 10/- affidavit stating that all his documents are genuine & affidavit attested by Notary Public.
• Chartered Accountant’s report showing Immovable Property/Movable Assets and Annual Income to the family from all sources of Income like salary, Agriculture, Rental, Interest, Dairy Income etc (CA must have membership number).
• Bank Statement + Transactions (On Single Day) with Ph. No. (Co-operative banks are not considered). Bank transactions must show 6-12 previous months transactions. Ph. No. on the statements is must. (Proof of large transactions should be attached).

Sponsor's Income Proof Should be Attached

Salried Employee

• Salary slips last 1 month
• Photocopy of Form 16 last 3-years
• I.T. returns for last 3 years
• Annual GPF certificate
• G.P.F. Certificate from office/accounts section stating %age of amount, which can be withdrawn from it for study purpose.
• Photocopy of I.D Card of Govt. Employee

Pension Income

• IT returns last 3 years
• Form 16
• Copy of passbook showing credit of pension every month

Business Income

• IT returns last 3 years
• Any proof of business registration
• Copy of Bill-book

Agriculturist

• Original of Jamabandi (Land Document), Valuation report from Patwari, Architect.
• J- Forms and translated in English, attested
• Letter from Tehsiladar/Patwari stating agricultural Income per year
• Better if Agriculturist can file tax return
• Valuation Report of Property + Copies of registries attested by C.A. (Only if property is mortgaged for Loan, in case of rental income or Agriculture income).
• Any proof of recent large inflow of money in Bank accounts

NOTE: - Photocopies of F.D.R with bank statement showing Bank phone numbers, Copies of FDR, I.T. returns should be attested by C.A./Bank, Notary.

BANK STATEMENT SHOULD NOT BE MORE THAN 30 DAYS OLD ON THE DATE OF VISA APPLICATION SUBMISSION
